A question about a specific boat or trip

Boarding time, what the day includes, whether the dog can come, moving the dates: these belong to the operator, who owns the boat and runs the trip. Every request you send opens a message thread with them.

• Already asked for the boat? Open your messages and reply in the thread for that trip. Your trips lists everything you have requested, with its current status.
• Not yet? Send the request from the boat’s own page. It costs nothing, the operator answers availability first, and the thread opens with it. How booking works walks through the whole sequence.
• One thing worth knowing before you type: phone numbers, email addresses and messaging-app handles are stripped out of messages before they are saved, so swapping direct contact details in the thread will not work. Arrange the trip in the thread and the operator will give you what you need for the day.

Listing a boat

Owners and charter operators can set a listing up without talking to us first. The terms are published — one flat fee, no exclusivity, and you approve every renter yourself.

If your business already appears on the site and you did not put it there, it was added so you could take it over. Claim your listing by signing in with the business email address we hold for it, and it becomes yours to edit, publish or take down. If you are not sure which address that is, or it no longer works, write to us and name the listing.

Email is the only channel we run. There is no phone line and no live chat, and we would rather say that than publish a number nobody answers. Three things make an email quick to act on: the booking reference if you have one, the address you sign in with, and the link to the page you are writing about.
